400 grams of cassava flour
6 tablespoons of palm oil
1 unit of onion
salt
How to make palm oil crumbs:
To prepare this dendê farofa recipe, start by placing a pan with the dende oil and chopped onion over medium heat. Saute until onion is golden.
Season with salt and, little by little, add the manioc flour. Mix and cook until the crumbs are dry and loose.
Rectify the flavor of the dendê farofa with salt and then serve as an accompaniment to, for example, chicken bobó. Enjoy your food!
